RoadTrip Rank — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of RoadTrip Rank (“the app”). By installing and
using the app you accept them. How your data is processed is covered in a
separate document: Privacy Policy.
In short: the core of the app — recording
drives, scoring, leaderboards and sharing — is free and will stay free. Premium
only adds extra visualisations and ad-free use. Obeying traffic rules while
driving is entirely your responsibility.
1. Safety and responsibility
This app is NOT a speed-racing tool. The
scoring never rewards exceeding the speed limit: going faster than the expected
time earns no extra points and the score is capped. The goal is to measure
smooth, predictable driving.
- Obeying traffic rules and speed limits while driving is
entirely your responsibility.
- Do not interact with your phone while driving. The app keeps recording in
the background; you do not need to look at the screen.
- Measurements rely on consumer-grade GPS and sensors and cannot be used as
evidence for legal, commercial or insurance purposes.
- No liability is accepted for accidents, fines or damages arising from use
of the app.
2. Account
- The app creates an anonymous account silently on first
launch; signing in is not required.
- Social features (friends, appearing on the leaderboard) require you to
link a Google account. Your existing user id and drive history are kept.
- You can delete your account and your data from inside the app:
Profile → My data. Details:
Account and data deletion.
- You may not transfer or share your account.
3. Unacceptable use
- Using mock locations, modifying the app, or submitting data that does not
come from a real drive.
- Appearing on the leaderboard under someone else’s name, impersonating
someone, or using an offensive nickname.
- Reverse engineering the app to access server interfaces directly.
Records that break these rules may be removed from the leaderboard and the
account may be closed.
4. Premium subscription
The core of the app is free. Recording drives, scoring,
leaderboards, badges and the share image do not require Premium and never will.
Premium only adds: a heat map of the roads you have driven, a “ghost”
comparison against your best drive on the same route, an extra share template
and ad-free use.

The current price is shown in your own currency on the subscription screen
inside the app. Prices vary by country, which is why no fixed amount is written
here.
Free trial
- If you are eligible, a 7-day free trial is offered.
Eligibility is decided by Google Play; if you have used the trial before,
the offer is not shown.
- Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before
the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically on the plan
you chose and you are charged.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
At the start of each period the fee for that period is charged to your
Google Play account.
- To cancel: in the app, Profile → Manage subscription, or Google
Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
the current period; Premium stays active until then.
- Payments are taken through Google Play. Refund requests are
subject to Google Play’s refund policy and are made through
Google.
- The subscription is valid on every device where you sign in with the same
Google account.
Price changes
If the price changes, Google Play notifies existing subscribers in advance
and asks for consent where required. If you do not consent, the subscription
does not renew at the end of the period.
5. Advertising
Google AdMob ads are shown in free use. Ads are
never shown while a drive is being recorded or on the drive result
screen. With a Premium subscription no ads are shown anywhere. In the
European Union and comparable regions, consent for personalised advertising is
requested separately and can be declined.
6. Content and intellectual property
- Your drive data belongs to you. You may use the share image however you
like.
- The app itself, its name, logo and design belong to the developer.
- Maps in the app are drawn by the app itself from your own GPS trace; no
third-party map service is used.
7. Availability
The app is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not
guaranteed. Features may change; if a paid feature is to be removed,
subscribers are notified in advance.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced inside the app.
The date at the top of this page shows the last update.

Premium yalnızca ek görselleştirmeler ve reklamsız kullanım sunar. Sürüş
sırasında trafik kurallarına uymak tamamen senin sorumluluğundadır.
1. Güvenlik ve sorumluluk
Uygulama bir hız yarışı aracı DEĞİLDİR.
Puanlama hız limitini aşmayı hiçbir şekilde ödüllendirmez: beklenen süreden
daha hızlı gitmek ek puan kazandırmaz, skor tavanlanır. Amaç düzgün ve
öngörülebilir sürüşü ölçmektir.
- Aracı kullanırken trafik kurallarına ve hız limitlerine uymak
tamamen senin sorumluluğundadır.
- Sürüş sırasında telefonla etkileşme. Uygulama kaydı arka planda tutar;
ekrana bakman gerekmez.
- Ölçümler tüketici sınıfı GPS ve sensörlere dayanır; hukuki, ticari ya da
sigorta amaçlı kanıt olarak kullanılamaz.
- Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan kazalardan, cezalardan veya zararlardan
sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
2. Hesap
- Uygulama ilk açılışta sessizce anonim bir hesap açar;
giriş yapmak zorunlu değildir.
- Sosyal özellikler (arkadaşlar, sıralamada görünme) için Google hesabını
bağlaman gerekir. Mevcut uid ve sürüş geçmişin korunur.
- Hesabını ve verilerini uygulama içinden silebilirsin:
Profil → Verilerim. Ayrıntı:
Hesap ve veri silme.
- Hesabını başkasına devredemez, paylaşamazsın.
3. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım
- Sahte konum (mock location) kullanmak, uygulamayı değiştirmek veya
sıralamaya gerçek olmayan veri göndermek.
- Başkasının adına, taklit ederek ya da rahatsız edici bir takma adla
sıralamada görünmek.
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle sunucu arayüzlerine doğrudan erişmek.
Bu kurallara aykırı kayıtlar sıralamadan çıkarılabilir ve hesap kapatılabilir.
4. Premium abonelik
Uygulamanın çekirdeği ücretsizdir. Sürüş kaydı, skor,
sıralama, rozetler ve paylaşım görseli premium gerektirmez ve gerektirmeyecektir.
Premium yalnızca şunları ekler: sürülen yolların ısı haritası, aynı rotadaki
en iyi sürüşünle "hayalet" karşılaştırması, ek paylaşım şablonu ve reklamsız
kullanım.

Güncel fiyat uygulama içindeki abonelik ekranında, kendi para biriminde
gösterilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre değişir; bu yüzden burada sabit bir tutar
yazılmaz.
Ücretsiz deneme
- Uygunsan 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur. Uygunluğu
Google Play değerlendirir; daha önce denemeyi kullandıysan teklif
gösterilmez.
- Deneme boyunca ücret alınmaz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen
abonelik seçtiğin planla otomatik olarak başlar ve ücret tahsil edilir.
Yenileme, iptal ve iade
- Abonelik, iptal edene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Her dönemin başında Google Play hesabından o dönemin ücreti tahsil edilir.
- İptal etmek için: uygulamada Profil → Aboneliği yönet, ya da
Google Play Store → Menü → Abonelikler. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda
geçerli olur; o döneme kadar premium açık kalır.
- Ödemeler Google Play üzerinden alınır. İade talepleri Google
Play'in iade politikasına tabidir ve Google üzerinden yapılır.
- Abonelik, aynı Google hesabıyla giriş yaptığın her cihazda geçerlidir.
Fiyat değişikliği
Fiyat değişirse Google Play mevcut abonelere önceden bildirir ve gerekli
durumlarda onay ister. Onay vermezsen abonelik dönem sonunda yenilenmez.
5. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz kullanımda Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Reklam,
sürüş kaydı sırasında ve sürüş sonucu ekranında gösterilmez.
Premium abonelikte hiçbir yerde reklam görünmez. Avrupa Birliği ve benzeri
bölgelerde kişiselleştirilmiş reklam onayı ayrıca sorulur ve reddedilebilir.
6. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet
- Sürüş verilerin sana aittir. Paylaşım görselini istediğin gibi
kullanabilirsin.
- Uygulamanın kendisi, adı, logosu ve tasarımı geliştiriciye aittir.
- Uygulamadaki haritalar senin kendi GPS izinden uygulamanın kendisi
tarafından çizilir; üçüncü taraf bir harita servisi kullanılmaz.
7. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti
edilmez. Özellikler değişebilir; ücretli bir özellik kaldırılacaksa abonelere
önceden bildirilir.
8. Şartların değişmesi
Bu şartlar güncellenebilir. Önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde
bildirilir. Bu sayfanın en üstündeki tarih son güncellemeyi gösterir.
